The Jay Company is a full-service CRE firm founded by a local father and son in Greenville, SC. The Jays and their team draw from decades of experience in CRE, brokerage, development and investments, in addition to the innovative drive of a rising, entrepreneurial generation.
As a family company, and one comprised of multi-generational South Carolinians, it's important to each member of The Jay Company to build a reputation of loyalty to our customers - people who also live, work and provide for others throughout the Southeast.

JEROME JAY
PARTNER / CO-FOUNDER
Jerome Jay has 20+ years of experience in residential development and commercial real estate - including being the owner of Jay and Associates, Inc. and Haynsworth School in Greenville, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Charleston Southern University and is a licensed builder and Realtor.
Prior to co-founding The Jay Company with his son, Jerome started and ran West Stone Company; before that he was a commercial broker with NAI Earl Furman.
Jerome's focus areas are industrial properties and commercial investments. Jerome is member of the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors and is pursuing his CCIM designation.
He has represented such companies as Hitachi, Pilot Travel Centers, New Horizon Health Care and DBSI Development.
